You can choose between:
Update by creating a new version - choose this option if you want the existing document to be updated by attaching the uploaded file to it, thus creating a new version of the document and preserving the old file.
Skip the conflicting items - choose this option if you want the existing documents not to be touched. In this case the files that do not exist in the destination folder will be added, while the existing one will be skipped.
Skip this folder completely - choose this option if you want the entire folder and its contents to be skipped. In this case none of the documents in the destination folder will be added or modified.
Skip this file - choose this option if you want this conflicting file to be skipped. In this case the file from the destination folder will not be modified.
